You can add new teammates to manage your company account. To do so, open the Permission Settings page. It is located in the “Settings” option of the vertical menu shown on the left side.
Once you’re on the “Permissions” page, click the “Invite user” button displayed near the top-right corner of the screen.
A popup box will open with a form requesting the email of the user who you want to invite. Enter the desired email address and press the “Save” button.
If you entered a valid email address then we will send an invitation email with a unique link to the user. After that, a success message will be displayed in a popup.
You can even check the current status of the invitation from the “Permissions” page. In the below screenshot, you can see that the teammate has not accepted the invitation yet. Hence, the permission level is shown as “Waiting for acceptance”.
On the other hand, let’s check the email received by the teammate. Always remember to check the “spam” folder if it’s not received in the inbox.
Your teammate has to click the unique link given in the email to successfully join the company.
You can then confirm whether the user has accepted the invite or not from the “Permissions” page. You can see that the teammate permission level is updated to “Member”.
