To create a job post, go to the “Jobs” section from the left vertical menu.
If you’re creating a job on Linkle for the first time then you will see a multi-step form that walks you through a step by step process to create a job. Otherwise, a list of jobs will be displayed.
What are you hiring for?
In the first step, fill the following information:
- Job Title
- Number of positions available
- Job Departments
- Job Description
Now, press the “Next” button given at the bottom of this form to proceed.
Characteristics of the position
In the next step, tell us information like:
- Select the type of job
- Is it a confidential position?
- Is this job for Persons with disabilities?
- What is the salary for this job?
- Benefits
After filling in the required information, press the “Next” button to continue with the job creation process.
Experience Required
In this section, you have to set the experience requirements for candidates before they can apply for this job.
It includes information like:
- Experience in the position
- Technical Skills
- Soft Skills
- Education
- Courses and certifications
Again click the “Next” button to continue.
Job Location
Finally, enter the location information for the job.
- City, Address, Zipcode
- Is it a Remote Position?
- Max employee distance
Now it’s time to hit the “Save” button to create the job.
Now, your recently created job post will be displayed in the table. In case, you want to create another job post then click the “Add job” button near the top-right of the jobs list table.
